Right of withdrawal
When the right of withdrawal is applicable, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the product to notify their decision to withdraw, without having to give reasons for their decision.

Product return
After notification of withdrawal, the product must be returned within the applicable legal period. The customer is advised to keep proof of shipment. Unless expressly stated by NOMYRO or contrary to legal provisions, direct return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Product condition
The customer may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. Any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may engage their liability within the limits provided by law.
Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the amounts due will be refunded in accordance with the deadlines and terms provided for by regulations. The refund may be deferred until the goods are recovered or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever comes first.
Defective or non-compliant product
If the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match the order, contact us promptly at leovandenbosch83@gmail.com with the order number and, if useful, photographs. This procedure does not affect your legal guarantees.
